The rooms are spacious and include daily housekeeping. The hotel is near restaurants and fast-food options, a great convenience. A nearby park provides a pleasant option for leisure. The hotel arranged late check-out till 2 p.m.

A cockroach crawled into my luggage. It bothered me a lot. I had to zip my luggage all the time to avoid it going into my clothes.

Convenient location near transport and amenities

the shopping center next door has many restaurants and convenience stores. a beautiful park is also next door for exercise or a walk. plenty taxis are available and the train station is easy to reach. i enjoyed a dip in pool on hot days.

i noticed some issues. the mattress was quite firm after three nights, and both of us had back discomfort. a softer option would have been more comfortable. the tv was at an awkward angle, and the screen seemed smaller than expected.

staff are helpful and also provide explanations about the hotel's facilities. the staff asked every day if i needed anything and that was nice. they were also friendly at check in.

the hotel has easy access to surrounding activities. the light rail station is in front the hotel and makes finding the hotel easy. many taxis were available outside the hotel and transport was very accessible.

the pool is great and has good temperature. lifeguards provide a large towel and locker key. the pool opens from april to october. there is also a fitness center but i don't used it.

the dim sum restaurant inside the hotel is inexpensive and it has good taste. the hotel also had a coffee shop where i get a good latte. breakfast was good with both western and asian options.

the room was spacious. it was kept clean with daily housekeeping. there were ample supplies in the room daily. the room included floor to ceiling window that gave great views.

The location is great next to the bus center and the mall. I LOVED that. There is even a post box near the front gate. Everything is convenient.

The 'disabled friendly room' had a bathtub that was not at all disabled friendly. It was very disappointing. The other facilities in the bathroom were smaller so that there was space for a wheelchair but otherwise no adjustments had been made compared to our second 'normal' room. The air-conditioning was EXTREMELY loud, but it worked well.
